Este certamen fue creado para\u00a0 estudiantes\u00a0 \u00a0de ense\u00f1anza media de\u00a0Colegios P\u00fablicos<\/b>. Tiene premios en efectivo y como objetivo fomentar a trav\u00e9s del trabajo escritural, la lectura y el libro; como tambi\u00e9n dejar un registro literario de lo que piensan y sue\u00f1an nuestros j\u00f3venes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
